Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive at Alnasheet Tours & Travels, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will assist travelers with inquiries, provide solutions to their issues, and ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience.

Location: Dubai
Experience: Freshers or 1+ year in customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Assist clients with travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.

  • Resolve complaints or concerns efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with the operations and booking teams to provide seamless service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of travel industry software is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Friendly, approachable, and client-focused personality.
